973. The act which constitutes a quasi-contract may be done by one incapable of contracting.
974. A person incapable of contracting may, through the quasi-contract constituted by the act of another, incur an obligation towards such other.
974A. Without prejudice to the generality of the succeeding articles of this Chapter it is hereby declared that an action on a quasi-contract is maintainable in all cases where it would be maintainable by the law of England. (Added by Act 34 of 1956)
