1474. Sales by auction are either forced or voluntary.
The rules relating to forced sales are declared in the Seventh and Eleventh Chapters of this Book, and in the Code of Civil Procedure.
The rules relating to voluntary sales by auction are declared in the Commercial Code. (Amended by Act 34 of 1956)
