The following provisions shall not apply to an existing licensed financial institution, in respect of —
(a) section 20, for a period of 360 days;
(b) section 44, for a period of 450 days;
© section 46, for a period of 360 days; and
(d) section 100, for a period of 360 days;
from the coming into force of this Act.
