154. Unclaimed funds
Unclaimed funds remaining after the final distribution made by the receiver which are not subject to other provisions of this Act shall be deposited by the receiver in the Central Bank for 15 years, unless claimed by the owner before the expiration of that period, and on the expiration of that period the funds remaining unclaimed shall be presumed to be abandoned property for the purposes of section 167.
