The official administrator appointed under Part 9 of this Act and the receiver appointed under Part 10 shall be immune from legal process with respect to acts performed or omissions made by them in their official capacity in good faith except where such acts or omissions are as a consequence of fraud, gross negligence or wilful recklessness on the part of the official administrator and the receiver.
