A person who contravenes section 103 commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both such fine and imprisonment and in the case of a continuing offence to a further penalty of $500 for each day on which the offence is continued after conviction.
