40. Improper use of or damaging fire hydrant
A person who uses a fire hydrant otherwise than for fire-fighting purposes or other purposes of the Fire Service or otherwise than for any purposes approved by the Authority, or who damages or obstructs any fire hydrant otherwise than in consequence of its use for any such purpose, is liable on summary conviction to a fine of $100 or to imprisonment for a term of 3 months.
