(1) The several offices as set out in order of seniority in Schedule 1 shall be deemed to constitute the Fire Service.
However, the Cabinet may by order in writing published in the Gazette amend or vary such offices.
(2) The offices as set out in Schedule 2 are public offices and sections 86 and 96 of the Constitution apply to these offices.
