A member of the Fire Service is liable on summary conviction to a fine of $250 or to imprisonment for 6 months who—
(a) assaults a superior officer;
(b) draws or lifts, or offers to draw or lift, any weapon or offers any violence against any superior officer; or
(c) pawns, sells, makes away with or wilfully spoils or damages his or her accoutrements, clothing or any public property.
