(1) It is not lawful for an unauthorised association to permit any member of the Fire Service to receive any benefit, financial or otherwise from such association to receive any money from a member of the Fire Service.
(2) Upon the contravention of the provisions of this section, the member of the Fire Service and every member of the association who is knowingly a party to such contravention is liable on summary conviction to a fine of $200 or to imprisonment for a term of 3 months.
