22. Penalty for failure of Authority to comply with obligations
If the Authority fails to comply with any of its obligations under this Part, except when prevented from doing so by unavoidable accident or cause or during the execution or necessary works, it is liable on summary conviction to a fine of $150 and to a further fine of $10 for each day during which such failure continues after notice thereof from the Chief Fire Officer.
