A society may by resolution passed by a majority of the members at an annual or special meeting require all directors and officers to sign annually or at any other time that may be specified in the resolution a declaration relating to—
(a) faithful performance of duties;
(b) secrecy of transactions with members; and
(c) faithful and loyal support of the society.
