Members may terminate the membership of a member where—
(a) the member has received at least 10 days notice of the general meeting at which his or her membership is to be considered; and
(b) the termination is approved by a majority or at least 2/3 of the members who—
(i) are present at the general meeting, and
(ii) cast votes on the resolution.
