(1) Where a registered society is a member of another registered society, the latter society shall recognise any individual authorised by a resolution of the directors of the former society to represent it at meetings of the latter society.
(2) An individual authorised under subsection (1) may exercise, on behalf of the society, all the powers of that society as if it were an individual member.
