(1) Not less than 10 days before each annual meeting of members, a society must make available to each member a copy of the financial statements and report of the auditor referred to in section 124.
(2) Where a society applies to the Registrar and he or she is satisfied that there are reasonable grounds, he or she may excuse the society from complying with subsection (1).
