(1) An inspector appointed under section 182(b) has the powers set out in the order appointing him or her.
(2) In addition to the powers set out in the order appointing him or her, an inspector may furnish to, or exchange information and otherwise co-operate with, any public official in Saint Lucia or elsewhere who—
(a) is authorised to exercise investigatory powers; and
(b) is investigating, with respect to the society, an allegation of improper conduct,
that is the same as or similar to the conduct described in section 181(2).
