(1) Where a receiver-manager is appointed by the Registrar, the receiver-manager or any interested person may apply to the Registrar for directions on any matter relating to the duties of the receiver or receiver-manager.
(2) Where the Registrar receives an application under subsection (1), he or she may make any order he or she considers appropriate, including any order similar to an order described in section 155(c) to 155(f).
