(1) Within 30 days after a change is made in its directors, a society shall send to the Registrar a notice in the prescribed form setting out the change and the Registrar shall file the notice.
(2) Despite subsection (1), where a society sends the annual return in accordance with section 141, within 30 days after a change is made in its directors, it is not required to send the notice required by this section.
