(1) Any interested person may apply to the Court for an order that a hearing conducted by an inspector appointed under section 182 be heard in camera and for directions on any matter arising in the investigation.
(2) A person whose conduct is being investigated or who is being examined at a hearing conducted by an inspector appointed under section 182 has a right to be represented by an attorney-at-law.
