(1) In a workers' society, at least 75% of all employees must be members of the society.
(2) Subject to subsection (3), a workers' society shall not sub-contract out more than 50% of its work.
(3) Where a workers' society applies to the Registrar, he or she may allow the workers' society to sub-contract out more than 50% of its work.
