61. Removal of member of credit committee by board
When a member of the credit committee fails to attend 3 consecutive meetings without, in the opinion of the board, having reasonable cause or fails to perform any of the duties allotted to him or her as a member of the committee, his or her position on the committee may be declared vacant by the board which may then appoint a qualified person to fill the vacancy until the next annual meeting of the credit union.
