(1) The supervisory committee shall meet at least once every month, and shall at each such meeting examine the affairs of the credit union or other society.
(2) The supervisory committee shall keep minutes of its meetings and shall—
(a) within 7 days of each meeting report the results of the meeting in writing to the board; and
(b) submit a written report to the annual meeting of the members of the credit union or other society.
