(1) A member of the Tribunal, may resign from office by giving written notice to Cabinet through the Chairperson, and the resignation takes effect as from the date specified in the notice and if a date is not specified, the date of receipt of that notice Cabinet.
(2) The Chairperson may resign from his or her office, by giving written notice to Cabinet, and such resignation takes effect as from the date specified in the notice and if a date is not specified, the date of receipt of that notice by Cabinet.
