147. Director to have regard to recommendation of the Board
Where the Board under section 146 makes a recommendation to the Director in relation to the proposed publication of a notice declaring goods to be unsafe under section 136, imposing a permanent ban under section 137 or compulsorily recalling goods under section 140(1) or in relation to a notice that has been published declaring goods to be unsafe under section 136, the Director shall have regard to the recommendation.
