(1) Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the supplier shall execute an order made by a consumer within 30 days from the day following that on which the consumer forwarded his or her order to the supplier.
(2) Where a supplier is unable to perform the distance contract because the goods or service is not available, the supplier shall inform the consumer of the situation and refund any sums received within 30 days.
