152. Certain action not to affect insurance contracts
The liability of an insurer under a contract of insurance with a supplier being a contract relating to —
-
(a) the recall of goods supplied or proposed to be supplied by that supplier; or
-
(b) that liability of the supplier with respect to the possible defects in the goods supplied or proposed to be supplied by that supplier,
is not affected by reason only that the supplier gives to the Council, Director or authorized officer information relating to any goods supplied or proposed to be supplied by that supplier.
