(1) The Tribunal comprises three persons appointed by Cabinet —
(a) an attorney-at-law with at least 10 years of experience;
(b) two persons, one of whom must be a senior public officer, having experience in —
(i) industry,
(ii) public administration, or
(iii) consumer protection.
(2) Cabinet shall appoint the Chairperson of the Tribunal.
(3) The Tribunal is appointed for a period of 2 years.
(4) A member of the Tribunal is eligible for reappointment.
