The office of a member of the Council is vacated —
(a) on the death of the member;
(b) if the member becomes disqualified under section 27;
(c) if the member resigns under section 29;
(d) if the Minister revokes the appointment of the member under section 30;
(e) on the expiry of the member's term of appointment.
