17.   Investigation Report

  1.  

    (1)   An investigation report prepared under section 13(10) must be —

    1.  

      (a)     supported by —

      1.  

        (i)     a copy of the consumer complaint form,

      1.  

        (ii)     information, documents, evidence obtained by the Department under section 13,

      1.  

        (iii)     laboratory findings received by the Department under section 13(9),

      1.  

        (iv)     recommendations of the Department.

    1.  

      (b)     submitted to the Director for review.

  1.  

    (2)   The Director shall, within 14 days following receipt and after review of an investigation report under subsection (1), send a copy of the investigation report to the complainant and the supplier.
