10. Acting members

(1) Where the Chairperson, Deputy Chairperson or any other member of the Board is absent or unable to act, the Minister may appoint any person to act temporarily in the place of the Chairperson, Deputy Chairperson or such member.

(2) Where the Minister appoints a person temporarily under subsection (1), the appointment must comply with the requirements in section 6 as to the constitution of the Board.
