SAINT LUCIA NATIONAL HOUSING CORPORATION (URBAN CASTRIES) VESTING ORDER – SECTION 48(2)

Commencement [2 December 2002]

1.   Citation

This Order may be cited as the Saint Lucia National Housing Corporation (Urban Castries) Vesting Order.

2.   Vesting of lands

The lands described in the Schedules, being lands owned by the Crown are hereby vested in the Saint Lucia National Housing Corporation.

3.   Revocation

The Saint Lucia National Housing Corporation (Urban Castries) Vesting Order No. 84 of 2002 is hereby revoked.

Schedule 1

All that piece or parcel of land being Block 0848D Parcel 781, excluding the area occupied by the Conway residence and the Government Office Building, situate in the City of Castries in the Registration Quarter of Urban Castries and being bounded as follows:

     North     :     by Mc Vane Drive and Parcels 0849E 461–463

     South     :     by Parcels 0848D 773, 780 and 799 and the John Compton Highway

     East     :     by Mc Vane Drive

     West     :     by Parcels 0849E 464 and 465

The whole containing 4.64 acres as shown on the Land Registry Map Sheet.

Schedule 2

All the pieces or parcels of land being Parcels 128 and 227 of Block 0849D, excluding the Playing Field, situate at La Clery in the Registration Quarter of Urban Castries and being bounded as follows:

     North     :     by a ravine

     South     :     by Block 0849 D Parcel 127

     East     :     by the La Clery Ravine

     West     :     by the Playing Field Road

The whole containing 5.40 acres as shown on Plan of Survey by Vincent Jn Baptiste, Staff Surveyor and Angus Lesmond, Survey Technician dated 26th October, 1993 and lodged in the Survey Office on the 24th November, 1993 as Plan Number C 8380 and Record Number 729/93
