1. Citation
This Order may be cited as the Saint Lucia National Housing Corporation (Marigot) Vesting Order.
2. Vesting of Land
The land described in the Schedule, being land owned by the Crown, is vested in the Saint Lucia National Housing Corporation.

All that piece or parcel of land being Block and Parcel Number 0443B 417 situated at Marigot in the quarter of Castries and bounded as follows:
North : by Block 0443B Parcels 294, 296 and 297
South : by Remainder Crown 0442B 193
East : an existing road and Block 0643B Parcel 545
West : by Remainder Crown 0442B 193
The whole comprising 1.21 hectares or 3.00 acres and shown on Plan of Survey Drawing Number C.11850B, by Ronald M. Polius, Licensed Land Surveyor dated 16th May, 2011 and lodged at the office of the Chief Surveyor on 24th June, 2011 as Record Number SM124/2011.
