The whole containing 88,871 sq ft (8,256.1 sq m) shown as lot Nos. 99–108 and 116 on Plan of Survey by Ronald M. Polius Licenced Land Surveyor dated June 25, 2008 and lodged in the Survey Office on October 27, 2008 as Plan GI 5594 K and Record Number SM 450/2008.
