North : by a ravine reserve and Parcel 1454B 1076
South : by a proposed 8.23 metre road
East : by a proposed 8.23 metre road
West : by Parcel 1453B 998
The whole containing 33,465 sq ft (3,109.1 sq m) shown as lot Nos. 10–15 and 16–23 on Plan of Survey by Ronald M. Polius Licenced Land Surveyor dated June 19, 2008 and lodged in the Survey Office on November 6, 2008 as Plan GI 560lK and Record Number SM 448/2008.
