East : by a proposed drain
West : by an existing road.

Gajadhar, Licensed Land Surveyor dated 10th December, 2015 as Lot Numbers 16 and 17 and lodged at the Office of the Chief Surveyor on 30th December, 2015 as Record Number SM546/2015.
