West : by Parcel 1453B 998
The whole containing 44,206 sq ft (4,106.9 sq m) shown as lot Nos. 145, H14, H20, H22–H25, H27 and H28 on Plan of Survey by Ronald M. Polius Licenced Land Surveyor dated June 20, 2008 and lodged in the Survey Office on September 18, 2008 as Plan GI 5568R and Record Number SM 416/2008.
