(1) Cabinet may, by order, transfer to the Corporation, the administrative control of any lands or interest therein owned by the Government and thereupon the lands or interest so transferred shall be held and dealt with by the Corporation in accordance with this Act.
(2) Cabinet may by order vest in the Corporation any lands owned by the Government upon such terms and conditions as it considers fit.
(3) With the approval of Cabinet, the Corporation may by order vest any lands owned by it in the Government or any other statutory body.
