(1) The Board may appoint and employ at such remuneration and on such terms and conditions as it thinks fit such officers and employees as it deems necessary for the proper carrying out of its functions under this Act.
(2) The persons appointed and employed under subsection (1) shall perform such duties as may be assigned to them by the Managing Director.
