1. Citation
This Order may be cited as the Saint Lucia National Housing Corporation (Beausejour, Gros Islet) Vesting Order.
2. Vesting of land
The land described in the Schedule, being land owned by the Saint Lucia National Housing Corporation is hereby vested in the Crown.
Schedule
All that piece or parcel of land forming a subdivision of part of the Beausejour Phase 2 project being Block 1456B Parcel 838 situate at Beasuejour in the Registration Quarter of Gros-Islet and being bounded as follows:
North : by 2.0m Drain Reserve
South : by 8.23m Proposed Road
East : by Parcel 1456B 837
West : by Parcel 1455B 965 and l456B 839
The whole containing 6089 square feet and shown as Lot No. 163 on Plan of survey by R.M. Polius, Licenced Surveyor dated 19th March, 2002 and lodged in the Survey Office on the 11th April, 2002 as Plan Number GI 4608R and Record Number 157/2002.
