1. Citation
This Order may be cited as the Saint Lucia National Housing Corporation (La Pearle) Vesting Order.
2. Vesting of land
The land described in the Schedule, being land owned by the Crown is hereby vested in the Saint Lucia National Housing Corporation.
Schedule
All that piece or parcel of land being Parcel 373 Block 0643B together with all appurtenances and dependencies situated at La Pearle in the Registration Quarter of Castries, and being bound as follows:
North : by Parcels 0443B 191–199, 323, 324 and Parcels 0643B 8 –92
South : by Parcel 0442B 2
East : by Parcel 0442B 2
West : by Parcels 0643B 235 and 371
The whole containing 8.01 hectares as shown on Registry Map Sheet as Parcel 373 Block 0643B.
