(1) The Corporation may pay to any person displaced from any dwelling-house or other building in a settlement clearance area or a re-development area, which has been acquired by the Corporation under this Act, such reasonable allowance as may be required to meet the expenses of moving.
(2) The Corporation may also pay to a person carrying on a trade or business in any such dwelling-house such reasonable allowance as it thinks fit towards the loss which the person will sustain by reason of the disturbance of his or her trade or business and in estimating that loss the Corporation shall have regard to the period for which the premises occupied by that person might reasonably have been expected to be available for the purpose of the trade or business and the availability of other premises suitable for that purpose.
