8. Remuneration of members

(1) The Corporation shall pay to the chairperson and each member of the Board in respect of his or her membership of the Board such remuneration and allowances, if any, as the Minister determines.

(2) The Corporation may pay different rates of remuneration and allowances to the chairperson, deputy chairperson and other members of the Board.
