1. Citation
This Order may be cited as the Saint Lucia National Housing Corporation (Karibelle) Vesting Order.
2. Vesting of land
The land described in the Schedule, being land owned by the Saint Lucia National Housing Corporation is hereby vested in the Crown.
Schedule
All that piece or parcel of land being Block 0849E Parcel 564 E situate at Karibelle, La Clery in the Registration Quarter of Urban Castries and being bounded as follows:
North : by a ravine reserve (Parcel 0849E 570)
South : by 8.23m access road
East : by Parcel 1049F 295
West : by Parcel 0849E 565 and 570 (a ravine reserve)
The whole containing 8,426 square feet as shown as lot 37 on Plan of Survey by T.M. Koylass, U.D.C. Staff Surveyor dated 21st January, 1997 and lodged in the Survey Office on the 26th February, 1997 as Plan Number C918 K and Record Number 91/97.
