East : by a proposed 8.23 metre road and Parcels 1453B 962 and 970
West : by a ravine reserve and Parcel 1453B 998
The whole containing 97,084 sq ft (9,019.8 sq m) shown as lot Nos. 64–69, 79–85 on Plan of Survey by Ronald M. Polius Licenced Land Surveyor dated September 18, 2008 and lodged in the Survey Office on December 09, 2007 as Plan GI 5623K and Record Number SM 570/2008.
