All the pieces or parcels of land being Block and Parcel Nos. 1019B 1212 – 1216 and Block and Parcel Nos. 1219B 554–562, together with all the appurtenances and dependencies thereof situated at La Ressource in the Registration Quarter of Vieux Fort and being bounded as follows:
North : by Block and Parcels 1219B 646–648 and an existing 8.2 metre road
South : by an existing 8.2 metre road
East : by an existing 8.2 metre road
West : by an existing 8.2 metre road
The whole comprising seven thousand one hundred and fifty-six point nine two square metres (7,156.92 sq. m.) or seventy-seven thousand and ten square feet (77,010 sq.ft.) and shown as Lot Numbers 125–132 and 136–141 on Plan of Survey by Peter Felix, Licensed Land Surveyor, dated the 13th day of May, 2001 and lodged at the Survey Office on the 30th day of July, 2001 as Plan Number VF1499T and Record Number 466/2001.
