(1) An application for a principal's licence shall be made in the prescribed form and accompanied by the prescribed fee, and shall give the Commission information it reasonably requires—
(a) about the services which the applicant will hold himself or herself out as being able to provide if the application is allowed;
(b) about the business which the applicant's company proposes to carry on and to which the application relates; and
(c) to enable the Commission to consider the matters referred to in section 60(2) and 60(3).
(2) The Commission may require an applicant to provide it with such further information as the Commission thinks necessary.
