(1) A person shall not carry on business in Saint Lucia of managing the property or assets of a collective investment scheme, or hold itself out as carrying on that business, unless that person is a licensed management company of a collective investment scheme.
(2) No management company shall operate other than in accordance with a licence granted and regulations made under this Act.
