The provisions of Part 10 shall not apply to the conduct of a foreign company occurring on a foreign securities exchange or otherwise occurring in a foreign jurisdiction, unless the Commission determines on consultation with the securities exchange where the security of the foreign company is listed, that the conduct has a significant impact on the market in Saint Lucia.
