(1) Where an issuer is notified by a director or substantial shareholder of any matter relating to securities of which the issuer is required to give notice under this Part, or enters in its register any matter relating to securities required to be entered under this Part, the issuer shall inform the securities exchange on which the securities of the issuer are listed, and the Commission, before the end of the day following the day of the notification or entry, as the case may be.
(2) The securities exchange or the Commission may publish, in such manner as it may determine, any information it receives under this section.
