158. Winding up orders
If, in the case of a company licensed under this Act, it appears to the Commission that it is necessary for the protection of investors that the 3company should be wound up under the Companies Act, Cap. 13.01, the Commission may present a petition for it to be wound up under that Act on the ground that it is just and equitable that it should be wound up.
